Alexei A. Sidorov is the CEO of Sidorov Khokhlov Uskov LLC which was founded by him in 1998.

Mr. Sidorov graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Russia, with a Diploma in Law in 1994. He holds a Master of Law in International Business Law degree from Central European University, Budapest, Hungary / University of the State of New York, Albany, NY (1995) and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, IL (1996).

His areas of practice include Russian foreign investment law, international trade law, international business transactions, intellectual property law, corporate and securities law, commercial and real estate transactions.

Mr. Sidorov has an extensive experience in assisting international firms in entering and developing business in the markets of Russia and other former Soviet Union countries.

He has an experience in doing due diligence review of complex investment projects; structuring corporate and commercial transactions in such sectors as mining, oil and gas, infrastructure development, construction and agribusiness; and representing clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Sidorov is fluent in English and Polish. His native language is Russian.

 

Anastasia R. Takhnenko is the Financial Director of Sidorov Khokhlov Uskov LLC.

Ms. Takhnenko graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), Russia, with a Diploma in International Economic Relations in 1994. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Investment from George Washington University, Washington DC, USA (1999).

Her areas of practice include corporate finance, securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, foreign investment transactions.

Ms. Takhnenko has a substantial experience in helping international firms to invest in Russia and other former Soviet Union countries.

She has an experience in advising foreign investors on investment opportunities in Russia and assisting in structuring business operations, developing business plans and investment strategies for foreign investors, conducting target due diligence review for investment transactions, doing financial analysis and valuation for mergers and acquisitions projects, designing business and financial models for venture capital projects, and advising foreign investors on corporate strategy in business recovery projects.

Ms. Takhnenko is fluent in English and French. Her native language is Russian.
